Barbara

The second of my two panty purchases from the ongoing Nancy Meyer sale is the Barbara Au Jasmin Brief pictured here. Barbara, from France, is another designer I had been unfamiliar with. Nancy Meyer only has a handful of things from this brand, but they are all currently on sale and quite affordable.

These panties are floral printed with mesh detail that is layered more in the front for a bit less visible coverage. While that may not be as fun or as sexy, it does work for this panty. The detail includes larger flowers on both hips, a large pretty bow in the front, and pink and ivory Asian flowers embroidered throughout the front. The website goes on to say that the inspiration for this panty was the floral gardens of Japan and that the bow detail is reminiscent of traditional Obi.

The detail on this panty is well done and very pretty. The back is free from detail and done in a different material. It is very smooth and feels incredible on. Literally for the first few hours I had this panty on today, I couldn't get over how great the material on the back felt. It is also somewhat transparent. It is not quite as see-through as the tulle I've been liking to wear lately, but it does leave very little to the imagination.

Overall, the whole panty feels extremely good on. It is very comfortable and can be worn anywhere anytime in my opinion. It is 46% polyester, 35% polyamid, 12% spandex, and 7% cotton. Currently it's on sale for $29 (marked down from $49) on Nancy Meyer. If you happen to be a large, that seems to be the only size they have left. If you are, it's definitely worth checking out. I'm sure you'll like it.
