In her turn as an US Elle fashion employee - working alongside the director of public relations for the magazine, Erin Kaplan - she perfected the aloof ice queen look (with just the right amount of cute). All while wearing the most fabulously put together wardrobe around. And with enviable pins to boot (and nobody knows how to rock a shoe-boot - or embellished necklace - quite like Ms Palermo).
