Another new and fun pattern from Wolford, these are the Minicheck Tights. As you go up the legs of these tights, they have three different patterns. From the toe, almost all the way up the thigh, is a diamond pattern. Around the thigh, creating a stay up effect is a checkered pattern which quickly concedes to a smaller checkered pattern above. These tights are very functional and could move from the office during the day to out on the town at night quite easily. Also, there is no visible reinforcement at the toe, so these could be worn with open-toed shoes, if that's your thing.
These are a bit heavier than the sheerer tights that I have been reviewing mostly on this site. These are 40 Denier, which helps the patterns really pop off the leg at the observer. They are a blend of 87% nylon and 13% elastane. I think they're incredibly sharp looking, and are a really good pair of tights to have in your collection if you wear tights quite often and are looking for a new and unique pattern.
They're going quickly, but I did find them on Wolford's Ireland site, on sale no less. Luckily for you, too, as I spent full price when I bought mine. They're available in three different colors. At € 21.00, maybe you'd even like more than one.
ps. If you do get these, pay close attention to the size chart. Maybe even go up a size from normal. These don't have as much give as Wolford tights normally do.
