New from Across the Pond

One of the sites I've been hitting relentlessly of late is UK Tights. They have a huge variety of hosiery and other such lovelies and their prices are unbeatable. Some of what I've gotten there is replenishment of tights that I've already reviewed here, so there is no need for further review, I suppose. Other stuff I haven't gotten to yet because I'm inexcusably lazy...but I'll get to them soon.

In addition, their worth checking weekly as they are constantly updating their inventory. Here are some new things this week:



I think this open-bottomed leopard print girdle is gorgeous. As you can see it has a leopard print front and black lace sides. It is said to provide light tummy control and has 4 garter straps. It goes for only £29.95 so it's pretty reasonable if you don't want to break the bank for something really nice.

Also new this week is the Vanessa Stockings from Levante:



For a ridiculous £4.45 you can have these stockings. They come in four different colors and three different sizes. They're 90% nylon and 10% lycra with a decorative top and reinforced toe. They're 15 denier. Not bad at all if you're looking for stockings for an occasion and you don't want to have to worry about destroying them.

Also new from Levante this week is the Seamless Sheer Stay Ups, for only £6.95. Another great buy.

Finally, I am also a big fan of Charnos as another bargain hosiery brand that seems to deliver above and beyond its price tag. New this week, in addition to a few new styles of tights, are the Bridal Lace Top Hold Ups.



Some of us won't be brides (ever) but these are still gorgeous stockings for a variety of occasions. The lace top detail is very pretty and the stockings are advertised as run resistant. Their 86% nylon and 14% lycra and 10 denier. They're reasonably priced at £11.95 and available in champagne and ivory.
