I haven't, as yet, bought anything from the Elle MacPherson lingerie collection, but I've always been intrigued. I've seen much of her designs when I drop in to see the lingerie department at Bloomingdale's. There's certainly no question that she has some beautiful stuff.
This panty here, new this week at Net-A-Porter.com, is a great example. It is just an exquisite amount of black lace detail mixed in with a generous amount of blush silk. The silk feel and the lace transparency and detail mesh together perfectly to make a really stunning panty. It's certainly something I'd love to give a try to.
The website gives a good amount of detail on this panty. The shell consists of 55% cotton and 45% polyamide. The lace is a blend of 92% cotton and 8% polyamide. Finally, the lining is 90% silk and 10% elastane. Can you imagine how good this must feel? I certainly can. It comes in sizes small, medium, and large and retails for $55.
For $130, there is also a matching bra that is very boudior, available. Like the panty, it is of silk and lace design and stunning in its appearance.
Tempting...very very tempting.
